The cornerstones of our company history:
Web and CMS
Raskin starts with its own web CMS called «EditorialOffice NewsRoom», which was developed between 1998 and 2004. To support CMS clients and implement further projects in the field of new media, the two partners, Andreas Söhnlein and Michael Rosewich, founded «EditorialOffice GmbH» in 2002, the former name of our company.
Multimedia Agency
In close collaboration with various web and video producers, the company realized new media projects between 2003 and 2012, focusing on multimedia/rich media productions and user experience.
Indie Mac Developer
The period between 2009 and 2012 was the hot phase of product redevelopment for «Raskin for Mac», a visual asset manager tailored to the needs of creative professionals. The company is renamed, and two new partners join the team. Martin Halter takes over the management and is the lead in the further development and support of the product.
Digital agency for UX, web and app
Since 2010, in addition to our own product, the team has also been delivering custom developments with a focus on User Experience, iOS and Web. Since February 2013, we have been welcoming our customers at our new location in Zurich's District 4. Since 2022, Cathrin Münchbach (who joined the team in 2017) has been our third partner/shareholder.
