UX aperitif and barbecue on 30.8.2018

Dear customers, friends and acquaintances

Welcome to the Raskin Apps UX aperitif. On Thursday, August 30, you can expect exquisite UX know-how and delicious culinary delights.

The program:

- From 16.30 Welcome UX aperitif

- At 5 p.m. start of two 15-minute sessions of UX know-how:

"Service is the new product " - inspire your customers with holistic service design (first part).

"UX toolbox quick check " - find out which methods you can use to evaluate a user experience (second part).

- From 5.30 p.m. barbecue in the agency garden

After some spirited food, Mika Lanz's cult Zurich sausages (organic, of course) sizzle on the barbecue in the agency garden, whatever the weather. Pure enjoyment and networking: Take this opportunity to get to know the two new members of our office community: Nic Wallimann and Dominic Spichiger from DN Architekten are looking forward to your visit together with the Raskin-Apps team.

Sunny greetings

Cathrin Münchbach, Martin Halter, Michael Rosewich, Steven Hayes, Jvo Maurer

For organizational reasons, we kindly ask you to register by 22 August.

Service is the new product.

Inspire customers with holistic service design.

In dialog with your customers

More and more project managers are facing the challenge of integrating UX methods (usability experience) such as user journeys into their services and processes. However, this can only succeed if design, technology and users pull together. The human factor is playing an increasingly important role here.

Focus: Digital touchpoints

Whether you want to buy something, find a place or find out something, the first point of contact is usually the smartphone. Worn on the body during the day and used as an alarm clock at night, the smartphone has rapidly developed into an extended self in recent years. The smartphone is also usually the first port of call when preparing to make a purchase.

Coordinating all the pieces of the puzzle with UX design

From smartphone to iPad to desktop, the user should feel comfortable, even at home, on all online devices. This is the only way to keep users coming back for more - to turn them into regular customers or even advocates for your brand.

UX know-how - served in small bites

Get an insight into the UX world of Raskin Apps. In two times 15 minutes, our new team member Cathrin Münchbach, Master in Human Computer Interaction Design, presents the UX know-how of Raskin Apps.

Bring your UX know-how up to date with practical examples

UX aperitif on Thursday, August 30

UX has become an integral part of marketing today

The well-coordinated Raskin team has recognized the signs of the times and has therefore been working intensively on the interaction of online applications and usability for years.

Michael Rosewich, co-owner of Raskin Apps:

"We take enough time for our customers. We offer an additional perspective in a personal meeting or workshop. We don't want to convert our customers, because they have invested too much passion and
commitment to their company or brand. This makes an agile approach all the more important. Even small but targeted corrections can bring enormous benefits for our customers' online products."

Are you unable to attend on August 30 and would like a free situation analysis from a UX perspective?
