Branding and online presence for “Teamplay mit Steffi” – Organizational Development Stefanie Jud

Stefanie Jud supports organizations, teams, and executives through challenging development and transformation processes. With many years of experience at Pro Juventute, a broad methodological repertoire—from development consulting according to Trigon to Scrum to collegial leadership—and a people-oriented approach, she brings movement to organizations that are stuck.

Now she has taken the plunge into partial self-employment and needed a unique brand identity that authentically conveys her personality and working style. Together with Raskin, we have created a brand and a website that does just that: "Teamplay mit Steffi" combines professionalism with approachability and makes people want to work with her.

In an intensive, co-creative process, we developed the "Teamplay mit Steffi" brand from scratch: name, visual appearance, tone of voice, and digital presence from a single source—implemented in just three working days. The WordPress website presents Steffi's offerings – from organizational development to team development and leadership coaching to agile tools – in a clearly structured and inviting way. Strong testimonials from clients such as the CFO of SVA Aargau and the former director of Pro Juventute underscore the effectiveness of her work.

THE RESULT: a fresh, modern online presence that reflects Steffi's personality, builds trust, and professionally supports her transition to partial self-employment.
