Hinderer Liegenschaften: Branding and marketing for residential projects
New residential space in the middle segment is being built in Oetwil am See, a growing community in the Zurich Oberland. The developer is Hinderer Liegenschaften AG, which is also responsible for marketing and letting the apartments. These are the properties Meisenwäldli (2023 - 2024) with 12 apartments, Storchensiedlung (2021) with 22 apartments and Schwerzestrasse 8 (2021) with 11 apartments.
All apartments have spacious 1, 2 ½, 3 ½, 4 ½ or 5 ½ rooms with loggias, terraces or garden seating areas as well as all the extras that make modern living easier.
Approach, ideas and implementation
Raskin develops a concept for a workshop in which the main objectives are identified in a collaborative process with the Hinderer team using mind maps, keywords, customer journeys and personas.
Based on the results of the workshop, Raskin designs and writes the advertising material: two websites are created as well as brochures and posters with the apartments on offer. A particular challenge: there are no showrooms, the apartments are still under construction. Oetwil a/S is also little known.
Agile handling: Two-week video meetings not only ensure a lively exchange between the Hinderer and Raskin teams, but also enable an optimal creative process.
In addition to the dynamic websites Storchensiedlung and Schwerzestrasse 8 with 24/7 online bookings for viewing appointments, Raskin creates accompanying offline and online advertising media: brochures, posters and Google Ads - in Google search and as display advertising on Google partner websites - support the Hinderer team in the letting process.

Raskin also presents the wide range of leisure, cultural and food offerings in and around Oetwil am See. The municipality of Oetwil am See is also to be given a contemporary image, which is why photographer Martin Frey is hired.
The result: all new-build apartments can be let within 2 ½ months - 4 months before the start of the tenancy.
