What does a UX Lead do?
As UX Lead, we take the strategic and conceptual lead in the area of user experience. We ensure that user needs are taken into account throughout the entire development process and make sure that design, functionality and business requirements are optimally aligned.
Our tasks as UX Lead include:
- UX strategy & vision - definition of a clear UX direction for the product
- User-centered design - developing solutions with a focus on user needs
- Process control - close cooperation with designers, developers and product managers
- UX testing & optimization - Continuous evaluation and improvement of the user experience
What does a requirements engineer do?
As requirements engineers, we ensure that the right requirements are defined and implemented in the project. We analyze and document business requirements, transform them into feasible user stories and act as an interface between business stakeholders and development teams. In this way, we ensure that digital solutions are created that are not only technically flawless, but also offer real added value.
