Mobimo FM Service: brand and web

Everything under one roof: With the aim of being even closer to its customers, Mobimo, one of the largest real estate companies in Switzerland, founded a subsidiary in the area of facility management in 2014.

The daily dialog with customers on site and the fast, friendly customer service mean that facility management can quickly take root not only in the Zurich area, but also in the Lausanne area.

Approach, idea, and implementation

In order to strengthen and expand the Mobimo FM Service brand — more locations, a larger team — a mission statement and corporate language are needed.

Mobimo’s well-founded briefing is supplemented by intensive UX workshops at Raskin, competitor analyses and needs (internal and external), but also gains and profits are revealed before the concept is developed.

The development of a “customer journey map” led to a “profitable aha experience for the management”.

The dynamic website in German and French, created in 2019 and updated with a new look in 2024, fulfills the need for a personal identity within the Mobimo Group and supports the daily dialogue with customers, both B2B and B2C.

The mission statement, corporate language and corporate design are developed, including a photo shoot and moving image recordings. The blog portraits of selected employees provide personal insights into the diverse day-to-day work of facility management. In addition, a new brochure is being designed with QR codes; these touchpoints will take interested parties directly to further information on the Mobimo FM Service website.
